Our partnership model operates on a revenue-share basis, with specific terms defined in individual partnership agreements. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS The terms displayed on this website are general in nature. All partnership engagements are governed by separate, detailed partnership agreements that outline specific revenue share percentages, deliverables, timelines, and obligations of both parties. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise specified in a partnership agreement, all digital products developed through our partnerships are owned by the creator partner. Scalist retains no ownership rights to products developed for partners. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid under any applicable partnership agreement. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
